The name really just screams summer, doesn’t it? While you might have your go-to meat for grilling, pay attention to the meat mixture in this recipe.

You’ll be using a half sirloin, half ground chuck mix. The sirloin gives the burger a distinct taste while the chuck preserves the juiciness.

For the burger, you’ll need:

  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon of pepper

Gently combine your ingredients and separate into eight five-inch patties. Grill them up how you prefer, melting a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty.

For the finishing beachy touch, top with grilled red onion and pineapple slices.
